CRBTF105 ultra‑thin crossed roller bearing features integrated inner‑outer rings with built‑in mounting holes for fast and convenient assembly. Orthogonally arranged cylindrical rollers enable simultaneous bearing of radial, bidirectional axial and tilting‑moment loads. No additional flange fixtures are required during installation, maintaining stable high rotary accuracy and high rigidity. Widely used for miniature robot joints, optical rotary platforms, compact precision instruments and small automated rotary mechanisms.
CRBTF series crossed roller bearings are ultra-slim, lightweight bearings with a width of just 5mm, featuring mounting holes on both the inner and outer rings. The cylindrical rollers are arranged alternately at 90°, enabling a single bearing to support radial, axial, and tilting moment loads simultaneously. Available in open configurations only, with inner diameters ranging from 10mm to 40mm. These bearings deliver exceptional rigidity (3-4 times that of ball bearings), high rotational accuracy, and significant weight savings, making them ideal for industrial robot joints, collaborative robots, medical equipment, and compact automation applications.
