Thin walled bearings
61800 series bearings feature a deep-groove raceway design with extra-light section dimensions, providing reliable radial load support in a space-saving, lightweight package. Available in open, shielded, and sealed configurations, with bore diameters ranging from 10mm to 50mm and a cross-section height of 5mm across all sizes. These bearings deliver compact design, low friction, smooth quiet operation, and consistent long-term performance, making them ideal for small electric motors, pumps, fans, household appliances, office equipment, medical devices, and lightweight industrial applications where space and weight reduction are important considerations.

61900 series bearings are ultra-thin deep groove ball bearings, formerly designated as 1000900 series. Compared with the 61800 series, they feature a larger cross-section width and larger ball diameters for the same bore size, providing significantly higher radial load capacity. The standard deep groove design accommodates radial loads as well as limited bidirectional axial loads, with low friction and high limiting speeds.
Available in P0, P6, and P5 accuracy grades, with material options of GCr15 bearing steel or 440C stainless steel. Various sealing configurations are offered including open, 2Z metal shields, and 2RS rubber seals. Widely used in harmonic drives, precision gimbals, optical instruments, medical equipment, compact automation shafts, and lightweight motors where installation space is limited and precision operation is required.
